Manda later turned that momentum into an official business, forming her LLC in 2022 after years of building experience through home care, housekeeping and rental turnover work.

Residential work is still available in select situations, especially for one-time projects, deep cleans and real-estate-related jobs, but the company’s primary focus is on the kinds of recurring and large-scale work where a dependable team can make the biggest impact.
Airbnb and VRBO turnovers have also been a meaningful part of Manda’s journey. In many ways, that type of work helped lay the foundation for the business and still reflects Kelley’s Cleaning’s ability to move quickly, work thoroughly and prepare spaces for the next person through the door.
